The first time I was, I absolutely loved the food, the atmosphere and the decor is amazing! But today (Thursday afternoon), I called to celebrate reservations and plan a birthday dinner with a group of friends... And I was told on the phone a bit rude that they don't take groups anymore for Friday and Saturday. Just from the way the employee spoke to me, it just bothered me how it was treated and would have been a bit apologetic and didn't rudely cut me off to tell me that I can't make reservations... I can understand that I may have last minute reservation for a day later, and that the restaurant might be busy in those times, but I really wish the service on the phone could have been better...
The restaurant has a beautiful decor and uses fresh ingredients. However, the employees could be more enthusiastic - a smile would make a big difference! The portion of pasta we had was good, but it was a little bland. The pizza was delicious but the crust was burned. If the employees smiled more, the pasta had more seasoning, and the pizza was taken out of the oven 30 seconds earlier, I would definitely give a 5-star review. I would still come back again to try more dishes.

Unfortunately I wish you to die like several small restorers who would have had impeccable service with respect to their customers but for whom the pandemic has completed them with sadness. and by the way employees do not have priority on your places in a restaurant! when they clear if a customer wants a precise place!
I'm not a big fan of mall restaurants. But this place has a beautiful setting that creates a good atmosphere. The food is delicious and better then your other Mall Italians. And they are really welcoming for families with small children. Even on a busy evening. The managers always seem to care and have a smile for you and the kids. Honestly, my favorite place to have a good and fast dinner after a shopping with the whole family.

Most of the pizza restaurant will overlook how important it is to make a vegetarian pizza without the expectations of the customer to have different types of vegetables as a basis. This restaurant offers an exceptional with good cheese and good dough. Impressive. The Cannoli Desert is also excellent.
Consistently fantastic! The atmosphere, ambience, and seating are all great. I really enjoyed the pizza, especially cutting it with scissors, as well as the Calamari. The braided beef poutine was incredibly delicious! The service was excellent. Will definitely be returning!
Do not order delivery from here. Have been ordering regularly over the last year and they often forget to include items or send wrong items. Tonight was the last time I give them my money as they forgot the main course. Spend your money elsewhere.
Okay experience with a nice ambiance. Order come quickly.I tried a pizza and pasta, both were fine but nothing mindblowing, and less than you'd expect compared to other pizzerias.Service was subpar, it felt kind of rude and rushed.

I must say it was very good. I ordered pizza and bruchetta. Only downfall was it wasn't hot when it was delivered. It was barely warm. That's way I gave only 4 stars. I would order again for sure
