Have a family meal on October 28, 2021 in this hotel training centre. You have to book at least 8 days in advance. The place, a manor house surrounded by stables and trails of Chantilly and Gouvieux. Super frame. The room has 6 to 8 tables arranged according to the number of guests, including different teams of cooks and future hotel owners are responsible.
