Normally I have a pleasant experience shopping in your store, and it's usually my favorite Ingles. Today wasn't any different up to the time I reached the cashier to check out. Unfortunately, Rhonda (going by the name on her badge) was the only cashier available at the time. She was quite friendly and sociable towards the two folks in front of me, and I heard her being equally friendly to the person behind me as I was leaving. But for whatever reason, she was very cold towards me. I'm not sure what I may have done to offend her, as I was polite towards her and I don't recall ever having gone through her line before. I shop here weekly . Recently I stopped in to get a fish plate at the deli on a Friday. There were only a few pieces on the steam table and they were apparently old , they did not look appetizing at all. I asked the deli employee about when the fresh batch would be ready and her reply was in 1 hour . Excuse me , an hour to cook some fish? I feel like she just did 'nt want to be bothered which is unacceptable for any service dependent business. Ingles prides itself on customer service and this wasn 't it.
A bit pricey but good place overall to shop. Staff very helpful, if they don't have something they'll go out of their way to get it.
High prices like all stores. Very clean, and I didn't see empty shelves.
