We've been there with 15 people. The heater was out. Simple heating blower on the 1st floor, probably only made the brick warm. My proposal to put a few plate warmers to warm the fingers at least. We sat in the cold for 2 hours waiting for the food!! Besides the simple apology, note that he came a heating in the afternoon over nix, not even a hot tea.
