For us it deserves 1 Michelin star. Excellent price/quality ratio This summer we returned to this restaurant 3 times. We had gone many years ago and to the foodfast that it had, too. The new proposal for decoration, room layout and menus are magnificent. A success . The food is delicious and careful. Full of details and with local references It has been a total success and we will return. He deserves to move up in category although I don't know if it will compensate him. We wish him continued success and high visibility . Thank you . Parking: It is in front of the building and there are enough places. We have found a place on two occasions and on another not. Depends on the day .

All out of 10. We have eaten the Bidasoa menu and we cannot say but. From the starters to the dessert. From the foie millefeuille to the txangurro. From the suckling pig to the American monkfish. Without detracting from the dessert. All with an unbeatable flavour. Iñigo Lavado and his team excel every day through hard work, creativity and enthusiasm. CONGRATULATIONS.
Exceptional food experience definitely worth a 1 star restaurant ! You will be surprised by the food associations, the quality of the product, and the experience from start to finish. This was the first time I had the opportunity to taste chocolate with olive oil and salt, a must try ! I definitely recommend the discovery menu and a good wine bottle.
