I had a craving for Lomo Saltado and discovered Inka Trails on Yelp. The restaurant is tucked away between a gas station and a larger strip mall, making it somewhat difficult to find. It does have a parking lot in the back, which is convenient. Once inside, the decor is quite nice, with uniquely painted walls that complement the overall design. Unfortunately, the Lomo Saltado was a letdown. The beef was cut into thin strips and lacked the juiciness and tenderness I've enjoyed in other versions of this dish. Additionally, the server forgot to bring the green sauce, which I had to request. When I finally received it, I found it to be watery and less flavorful than the green sauces I've had e...

It is a small restaurant, that people travelling could notice. However, it is located on Foothill Boulevard, on the Claremont side of it. It is on the right side of Stater Bros, on the same strip mall. I have been here once, in November of 2022. The meal, Lomo Saltado, was delicious. At the same time, it was fairly priced. If I remember correctly, it cost me around $15.00. There was ample of space, during a Friday evening, to sit down and enjoy the meal. The staff, too, were friendly and helpful. Also, the place was neat, and the paintings in the establishment were beautiful. Too bad, I forgot to take the pictures of them. Nevertheless, I would recommend anyone to try Lomo Saltado, at this e...

Delicious food, good fast service, and a unique cozy interior ! 10/10First time having Peruvian food and it was truly a great experience. We tried the yuca a la huancaina calamari appetizers. The waitress recommended how to eat the yuca with the lettuce too and we loved it. I tried the vegetarian tallarin verde my friends had the tacu tacu con lomito Al jugo. We also had flan for dessert. We were fighting to finish every morsel I also had a drink, the chica spritzer, and it was so good, refreshing and kind of gave me holiday cocktail vibes Just a tip parking is limited in the back, you may want to park near the Italian restaurant and walk over

This restaurant is a true gem that deserves all the praise. My wife and I frequently visit, and the food is consistently amazing. We enjoy everything on the menu, but the Aji de Gallina is particularly exceptional—it's incredibly creamy and delightful. I also want to give a special mention to the Yucca de Huacana: it's absolutely delicious. Plus, the owner is one of the kindest people you could ever meet. If you're looking for a laid-back spot to enjoy great food, this is the place for you. Book a table now

My wife and I were pleasantly surprised to find out that Inka Trails is back in business. We've enjoyed their food for many years and were just reminiscing about how much we missed it. We’re so excited they’ve reopened! The ceviche de pescado is fantastic—I like my food spicy, and this dish has the perfect amount of heat. The spice complements the overall flavor wonderfully. The menu is concise, and the atmosphere is welcoming. We definitely recommend it!

I'd been looking for Peruvian ceviche and happened to see this place when back I drove by. Came for lunch right when they opened. We got the pescado (fish( ceviche and the tallarín verde con bistec (Green pasta with breaded steak). Steak was thin enough to for easy bites and fish was great with the corn nuts and onions. Great ambiance with Peruvian art and photos on the walls. Looking forward to bringing others here.

This is truly my favorite restaurant of all time! I could eat the #1 dish for lunch every single day. I love making little tacos with the aji sauce they provide—it's pure bliss!
