We had a wonderful experience at the Inn. After a long, international flight, we arrived late, in pouring rain. An employee immediately ran out to the car to assist with our bags and get us inside, out of the rain. Our check in process was quick, and we were so pleased with the room size and amenities in our room. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the room was quiet overnight. Breakfast in the morning was hot and tasty; considerably better than most hotel breakfast buffets. We'll definitely stay here again when in the area and will recommend to family and friends. I want to start by saying that the front desk staff was accommodating and respectful. However, we encountered some issues when we entered a room that was 66 degrees and the heat was not working. The front desk informed us that they had to provide us with a heater, as it normally does not turn on until later in the week. Our key cards stopped working after a day, and we were told that they had been magnetized by being near phones or other cards, requiring us to get them fixed at the front desk. Despite the fantastic and modern design of the lobby, the rooms appeared outdated and old. The elevator lobby button only worked half the time and required a firm press to register input. I don't know where these positive reviews are coming from but this place is to be avoided;. Horrible location, old, not dirty but not sparkling clean. Free breakfast was s joke. Worst of all they have a policy that they don't turn on their heat until October 15th I had to sleep in my clothes. I was told that an accommodation would ne made but upon checking out was told none could be made. Won't be staying there again. Rooms: 2 Service: 2 Location: 1

The hotel is lovely, with a charmingly old-fashioned vibe that is very well taken care of. Our room was spacious and even had a mini kitchen.
I left some items in my room. Called a week later and they put them in the mail that same day!
