Linda, the owner, truly cares about everyone around her, making every guest feel like a new friend or family member. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, filled with unique trinkets from around the world, each accompanied by fascinating stories. It's absolutely worth stopping by for a pint or perhaps a few shots. I know I’ll be back every time I visit St. John's, bringing a few friends along. The YACC community will always return, Linda; from your adopted cancer kids, we love you!

I visited 3 Bars on Friday, and it was fantastic. The atmosphere felt very welcoming and family-like. Linda had some amazing stories that kept us laughing, and she also shared updates about her life. The two neighbors who live just a couple of doors down and help her were wonderful as well. If you're looking for that cozy, small-town bar vibe, this is definitely the place to go. I’ll be back every time I'm in town!

We decided to visit this well-known bar, Linda's Place, which shares my name. It opened its doors in 1977, and you can definitely tell from the carpets, which seem to be the originals and have a bit of a vintage smell too—quite funny, really! The walls are filled with memorabilia, showcasing the many celebrities who have passed through over the years.

I didn’t get a chance to eat because the food trucks took over, but I tried a Lamb's Caesar salad and enjoyed an Indian beer. A friend suggested I stop by while visiting Quidi Vidi, and I’m so glad I did! It’s such a charming place, and the hostess is absolutely wonderful—a true gem. I really love St. John's!

This is really a special place. We went in and felt at home right away. Linda was a fantastic hostess and talked to us for a while. The bar has a kind of character that is earned and cannot be bought. Of all the pubs I was in Newfoundland, this is probably my favorite and I will be absolutely back.

GREAT place if you're visiting St John's but too over the top with the kitsch for me personally. Sad to see people have been putting their lame business cards under the plastic at the bar. That's for expired ID's!
