Is it, believe it or not, a family run business with over 400 stores, predominantly on the west coast. Now for the review. The burgers are delicious. I ordered a Double Double with everything. Onions, lettuce, tomatoes, and special sauce. The fries, although pealed and sliced in store, are just ok. They are the thin, shoe string type of fries. I had my first experience at an In-N-Out recently after hearing so much about it. While I can't say it was the best cheeseburger I've ever had, as some people do, it was genuinely enjoyable. The cheese was perfectly melted, and they use white onions instead of purple ones, which was a nice change. All the ingredients tasted fresh and had great flavor. The toasted bun was a pleasant addition, and the fries were crispy, though I seemed to have gotten the bottom of the fry basket, as many of my fries were small bits. This location is quite popular, so a bit of patience is necessary. On the bright side, the staff is quick and efficient, swiftly processing orders.
Second time having it. Very seasoned and good. The would have preferred the fried to be a little more fresh, other than that the way it wasn’t too bad. Customer service was great and the quality of food was good. Great prices as well.
It’s a bustling spot with fantastic, friendly service. The burgers are delicious, and the milkshakes are thick and creamy. Plus, the prices are quite reasonable!
