I avoid writing a negative review. I have many good reasons for doing so. First of all, it may have been a bad day for the people that work there or I may have been in a bad mood so anything might make me feel...uncomfortable. The place may already have regular customers locals that like to have their food watching the Inn river and the scenery. And this is ok. We nearly walked past the entrance, it looked more like a cocktail bar. But boy, were we wrong! We were there for breakfast and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Their bread is outstanding, their home-made jams are lip-lickingly delicious, and the view is stunning. Cheerful and...very positive service staff make it complete. However, it's best to reserve a table well in advance because their space is limited. Also very important: Their loos have been recently refurbished and are very clean. Overall, I can highly recommend a visit here!

We were there with our 3 year old daughter and we asked if a table is free, please advise us asap. They...were at least 3 tables free inside during the time we were there and they Never ask us to go upstairs. Very bad experience but great food. If you are a tourist please don't go there. We decided to eat here based on a rec. and were not disappointed. You can eat outside on the Inn River or inside. The have a daily special and vegetarian food too. Hearty portions. We had the spaetzl with ceps and also with salmon and...also the semmel knoedel with mushrooms. They nailed it. The meat eater was please with his selection of the daily special.
