I was not impressed that I called ahead that I was coming 15 mins early from 4:30 to 4:15 and not only was there no one outside to greet us but the table was not set for us. In addition the server did not do a greeting and drink order until after 5 mins of sitting there. When you are spending hundreds of dollars for a company dinner I would expect a level of service to be better for the cost per person at this restaurant. The person answering the phone was happy to help and said no problem, but on arrival there was no table ready or any hint that the staff was ready to open. This was a Friday night, do better people!
Wonderful experience having dinner at Arturo's. As always the food and drink were wonderful and the service outstanding. We were a little concerned how the set-up would be under the new Covid restrictions, but everything was handled exceptionally well. We felt very safe in the outdoor eating area, the tables and chairs were being cleaned between each sitting, and everything was very spread out. A very enjoyable experience!
We ordered food here and the sauce from the curry sausage was distributed in the complete delivery bag (being too late noticed), which was already super annoying because for the curry sausage hardly anything was there. Then the Pommes portions to the curry sausage and to the tin plate were also absolutely tiny. Tastefully what we had was okay. It was the first and last time, unfortunately.
