It looks like customer friendliness is a foreign word here. I don't understand why customers are treated like this. If you politely ask if there is one last round, you will be accused of having been to other bars before. But it wasn't the first time you were in the Insider Pup. People went there again and again for many years. You should learn to say nice in this restaurant, no unfortunately you can't serve anything anymore because it's too late.
