We dine very often at Interim, but this past visit was not anything like what we expected. I booked the table 13 days prior to our reserved spot. My husband has ordered Merlot for the last 5 years, but we were told the restaurant no longer carried any types of Merlot. I ordered the burger, which is usually great, but was told that I would have to now be seated in the bar to have a burger--that it was no longer served in the dining area. Our server had to ask the manager for permission to serve one to me at our table. There were 4 of us at our table, and sadly 2 of the entrees had to be sent back to be cooked properly. We celebrated a birthday at Sunday brunch! The staff was amazing, especially considering the circumstances with Covid-19. The server was very transparent about the additional sanitation measures they were implementing to ensure everyone's safety. The customers were seated at a comfortable distance from each other with the option to further distance themselves if desired.
Very elegant. The food was great with excellent portions. We went for brunch..I had chicken n waffles and my husband had shrimp and grits. We both had salads: mixed green salad and kale salad. They both were great and not drowned with dressing. It was a nice Sunday experience.
I have never had a better and more thoughtful vegetarian plate in my life! Normally you get an afterthought of sides but this was art! Our service was slow for a Monday night. We arrived at 6 and didn’t leave until after 9. But the server was very pleasant.

We had a wonderful server named Ashley who provided fantastic service. The bread at this restaurant is the best I have ever had in Memphis. The food was delicious and we really enjoyed the atmosphere.
