We arrived today at 5:28 p.m. (Sat 02/03/24). After my mother, who had recently undergone hip surgery, had to go to the toilet, I wanted to order two cafés at 5:36 p.m. I was promptly informed that this no longer exists because the coffee machine was already being cleaned (the coffee machine was still in use at the time). There were also all sorts of full alcoholic drinks spread out on the tables. After my mother asked again for a cup of coffee, she was only answered in the most unfriendly manner, 'Why didn 't we come earlier? ' Thank God, there is the Merak restaurant not far away on St Veiter Straße, which warmly welcomed us and where we got a great Bosnian coffee.
