A memorable evening We had been planning for several weeks to come and dine at Iodé for a friend 's 35th birthday. A female chef, a tempting, original culinary offering, close to home, a good restaurant in Vannes that we had not yet tried... everything was looking good and all week we were looking forward to this surprise at our friend ! I will quickly pass on the quality of the dishes served which were very good, with great technical mastery and great originality in the use of sea water.
