cordial welcome, simple and warm decor. The hic, the hotel was not ready to receive and serve the guests of the Easter weekend. Lack of staff, poor organization, the staff present was not trained in the position he held. Ok, we were on holiday but when you booked courses of sail tanks and catamaran and you have been installed for 2 hours at the table, accompanied by a child, it becomes intolerable for us and the child loses patience, demands to eat, weeps, because he is worried about missing the appointments. Very disappointed at this restaurant, we came without reservation on Saturday noon and there was room, no wonder given the services. After waiting for 30 min for sodas we had the right to a nervous meat and frozen fries. The understaff team gives way to a tense atmosphere and a lack of professionalism.
