Have been curious to try this famous ramen noodle place in Sydney. I visited their Central Park outlet at lunch time on weekdays but I noticed not many people were there. Salmon Aburi Mentai Roll - $13 Lightly seated salmon sushi topped with avocado & mentai mayonnaise I loveee mentai mayo and this one is definitely one of the best I've tried. It was creamy and soft without being too salty. The salmon was also soft and a perfect combo with the delicious Japanese rice and mentai mayo. Ippudo was my safe option for a decent bowl of ramen and Japanese cuisine. However, the outlet in Central Park suggests otherwise. I tried her signature Ramen and special rolls. The bread rolls were surprisingly hard and dry (less Mayonnaise when I get from my three visits to the CBD) whereas my favorite Tamago was fully cooked ????????

Tried the Spicy Hacking Pork Ramen and was like another average ramen. The waiting time was a little longer than other nutshells, and the taste was only average ????
