Upon entering the bar area, I glanced into the main dining room and noticed another table with about six or seven guests and a server attending to them. Afterward, I joined my friends at the bar around 6:00 PM. By 6:15, I approached a young man at the entrance to ask if we could be seated. He led us to a table in the bar area, and from there, things took a turn for the worse.

We had made reservations, and although we arrived on time, our host seemed a bit unsure about where to seat us. However, we were seated promptly. After enjoying our drinks, we went to the buffet, which was a delight. There were numerous options to choose from, including scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes, delicious baked haddock, chicken wings, green beans, and ziti. The selection of breads, bagels, and muffins was impressive, along with a variety of pastries and even a donut wall. The food was excellent, as always. Unfortunately, the bartender's performance was lacking. I ordered a Manhattan, but instead received a mix that combined my wife's Southern Comfort Manhattan, which included Crown Royal, Southern Comfort, and vermouth. Thankfully, they were able to fix that mistake to my satisfaction. However, my second cocktail was also made incorrectly, this time with amaretto. When I asked about it, the waitress mentioned that the bartender had run out of vermouth. This seemed like either a clear case of incompetence or possibly even intentional. It's difficult to determine for sure.
I went on a Thursday evening and the dining room was not crowded at all which was great. The staff was extremely attentive and professional. The food was excellent. I would suggest that the staff learn a bit more about wines and pairing. I was looking for a sweet wine but the Rose that I selected wasn't sweet. That's on me but would have appreciated more guidance. I'm no sommelier, so I need help : This was the last stop on the passport card program. I'm starting the restaurant tour over again. Looking forward to returning.

We enjoyed a delightful dinner at Irem. The restaurant is open to the public, offering a pleasant view and delicious food. For vegetarian diners, there were options for both an appetizer and an entrée, along with salads. Service was excellent during our visit. We dined in for dinner, and the price per person ranged from $30 to $50.

We went here for our 10th anniversary . The food was good, service and atmosphere was excellent. Will definitely return!
