Well done for this restaurant for having adapted wheelchair access even though we managed staff was already there welcoming and trying to offer to assist this made an instant positive feeling that we are going to enjoy our lunch. Once entered found a nice clean cozy atmosphere. Staff where friendly polite and helpful when asked about anything they where quickly adapted to us. Manager it's a really stylish cool friendly guy visited out table at least couple of times or more and that counted for a positive experience. Food was great tasty as it should. Had Very bad experience recently. Their service and quality of food getting deteriorating for last few months! Unnecessarily added cold starter and included in bills which I noticed when payment done. I wanted to discuss with manager but they totally overlooked that. Never I would recommend to anyone. There are so many other turkish restaurants in this area and we will definitely switch to another one. Service: Dine in
