I've been eating at Isa all the time before I got vegan. You had some of the best pizzas in town. Needless to say, I was excited to see that they now have vegan cheese. (no vegan meat tho. I was a little concerned by some of the last reviews saying that there was new possessions and worse pizza, but we have a chance and ordered a cake with vegan cheese, mushrooms, onions and jalapeños. Unfortunately, the only thing on the pizza with every taste was the Jalapeño. Strangely tasteless pizza, like a 3D printing of a pizza. I even salted a piece of pizza for the first time in my life and it had no taste yet. The crust was crisp, but absolutely tasteless somehow. Venezias is more expensive for a v...

New York? Pizza in Phoenix. I'm an expert. But now with new possessions, it's still terrible. The cake was overcooked and crisp. Perhaps the new owners use cheaper ingredients and do not have the passion or the craft. If this place will call itself? New York, when you need to clarify? Upstate New York Hick Town Style? Not NYC style. How scary? The pizza was in the past. And I hate to use the word?authentic?. Look at this trash that tries to spend so good and legit. Look at the garbage dumps. If I want medium garbage, I simply go to Barro, Venezia or NYPD (New York Pizza Division). RIP Isa's! But my family will just rest. We live in the city of Chris Bianco/Pizzeria Bianco.

Has left bad reviews, but don't waste your hard earned money on this pizza. It's getting worse when I give it another chance. Yesterday we ordered a big half pepperoni half sausage. Open the box to get a slice and there was no cheese. A few months ago they were cheap on the paprika, 13 pieces on a big one. For $26 a cake I drive elsewhere. Management please take control and train your cake maker, I am a frickin pizza. For $26, put the right amount of ingredients on it. Some advice for customers. Open the box there and check your pizza. I didn't do that.

Went 2 times and both times bad experienceFirst time I ordered wings and after 15 minutes I came back in to check on them and they said they didn't even start them yet. They offered free wings on next visit too. The second time I went back to get free wings and I wanted to order a couple of lunch specials and they had no more pizza available for lunch special when the sign says they serve it from 11 until 4. I went at 1pm smh. He said they got really busy and don't know when they will have more. Very disappointed both times. Book a table now

Very sad, Isa Pizza was sold. New owners do not care to get the quality of pizza that was once phenomenal. Recipe has changed, sauce and dough are now sub par. No longer authentic East Coast Pizza, is now common low budget pizza you can get from any pizza shop in Phoenix. Been come for years, sad today was the last time I eat pizza in Isa.

If you like NY style pizza, this is your place. Nice selection of big slices they say they serve all day. The salad and heroes we got were fresh and tasty. I've been back several times and never been disappointed. Highly recommend.

The pizza is amazing and well worth the money!! We get both the regular crust and gluten-free crusts everytime we go, and we go pretty consistently. The service is friendly and we rarely have any issues.

This place was a fraud. The pizza was nothing even close to NY besides the shape. Way too much cheese, flour on the crust and chewy crust. One slice was $3,50. What a waste of time. Book a table now

A nice bunch of people. The pizza's are fresh and taste great. Having a $6 lunch special is really nice. I will be coming back for sure.
