I placed a sizable order for our entire office, expecting ten skewers of ground beef, but we only received two. Although DoorDash credited us $8, I left a message for the owner to reach out to me, which never happened. We decided to give the restaurant another shot, but it was disappointing again. Avoid this restaurant at all costs—unless you want a trip to the hospital! Yesterday, I was near the Sunnyvale location and decided to order some kebabs to go, since my home is a bit far. I got one lamb kebab and two kubideh (ground beef) skewers. As I drove home, the meat turned out to be ROTTEN. I was stuck in my car on the highway, battling the unbearable smell of spoiled meat while trying not to vomit. The odor was so awful that I started to feel dizzy. I couldn’t turn back to the restaurant due to heavy traffic, and there was no way I was going to drive 45 minutes with that stench. I finally found a trash can, and that was my saving grace from the rotten smell.
We honestly were not expecting to have a great experience, simply because the photos don’t do justice to this place. I would highly recommend for them to take new improved photos of each dish with good plate presentation, as well as offering more options on Doordash for each dish. Our drinks were all room temperature and we would’ve loved some nice cleanly washed herbs, as herbs are the staple of every Persian table.Now, as for the food portion and quality? Excellent my friends. They’ve surpassed Chellokebabi several folds.
The food is decent, but not worth the steep prices. I previously had the Mastomusir here, and it was outstanding, but lately, they've been stingy with the shallots. We ordered three servings, and they all tasted rather bland, so we requested replacements, which were only slightly better. Most of the dishes we tried were lacking in flavor, but the addition of chipotle seasoning helped improve things. The chicken skewers were overpriced, but they did taste good on their own.

My first experience ordering from this restaurant wasn't great, as they forgot one of my items, which meant my husband and I had to share a single meal. The Koobideh was tasty; I preferred the beef Koobideh over the chicken, but my husband enjoyed both. Unfortunately, the eggplant dip didn't taste right—it seemed to be missing something—while the tomato and cucumber salad was lacking flavor as well.
This restaurant is fantastic for Persian kabobs! I've been a regular here for a while, and I absolutely love how juicy and tender the meat is! The prices are reasonable compared to similar establishments. The service is consistently excellent, and the staff is always friendly!
Delicious shish kabob combo! The rice was moist and full. The meat was perfect! I definitely recommend this place! Parking is a bit of a challenge. I recommend parking on a little side street just south of the restaurant.
Tasty fresh meats. Hole in the wall type place so don't expect too much of the service or ambiance but the kabobs were delicious. Parking is in the back by the way.
