I hosted my mom's 70th birthday and retirement party here last February, and it was a wonderful event! The food was delicious, and the service was outstanding. Ms. Rosemary was incredibly kind and truly went above and beyond to make the occasion special. To this day, my mom still talks about how fantastic the food was and how amazing everything turned out. I am genuinely grateful for Ms. Rosemary's kindness and patience throughout the planning process!

The oxtails, regardless of their size, are the best I've had in ages. They're meaty, perfectly seasoned, and the gravy is outstanding! The bread is quite good as well. Personally, I'd skip the cherries and would like a touch more sweetness. Otherwise, everything is excellent, and the portion sizes are fantastic. Truly impressive!
My friend hosted a Christening after-party at Island Fusion today, 9/16/23. The staff was incredibly friendly and courteous. The food was fantastic—especially the mac and cheese! You absolutely shouldn't miss the Cornmeal Porridge! A big shoutout to the chef for creating such an incredible dish. It's an ideal way to start your day. I highly recommend it!
