One of the best gyro sandwiches I had in my life. I had a craving for a gyro sandwich and this establishment definitely satisfied my craving. Gyro sandwich was huge and delicious. Curly fries were nice and crispy. Tzatziki sauce was excellent and the honey mustard for the fries was good as well, Not too spicy. If you're in the great neck area you can not go wrong with IslandGyro. I drove from BK and it was definitely worth the trip. Thank you IslandGyro. I'll be back.
This place was amazing. I discovered by accident as I was getting car inspection. One of the best quality gyros I had and tasted exactly as in Greece. Huge portion too and staff super nice. If this was located on middle neck there would be huge line. Only issue here is location since not many people walk around there but I'll definitely be ordering for delivery.
Falafel and lemon potatoes are the stars for me. The falafel is the rare kind that manages to pull off being crispy on the outside but still moist on the inside. I'll mix the lemon potatoes and fries in a dinner combo if I want to treat myself. You get the fried potatoes mixing with the lemon oil and it's.
Food is delicious, generous proportions and pricing is very reasonable compared to competitors. I have ordered lunch from here twice now for myself and co-workers and everyone was satisfied.
