This place sucks. Came out worse then went in. Had to wait ten minutes to sit at the table right behind us that was empty and sat us down and didn't do anything special to prep it. Not busy, not crowded at 4pm sunday, id say definitely not even half full.They dont even have printed kids menu.3 adults 3 kids. About 40 minutes for food to come out. We stopped in on Tuesday night and were lucky enough to have Emma as our server. We had kind of a rough day and wanted to just come in for some drinks and dinner. Emma greeted us with a friendly smile that was just infectious! She suggested some delicious margaritas. I had the sunset and my husband had the chili mango which was a little spicy but very tasty. She took our order and suggested some wonderful ideas. My husband really enjoyed the fish tacos and I had the bbq chicken salad which was fantastic as well. While the food and drinks were very good it was Emma who truly made our experience here. She brightened what had been a pretty crummy day and ended up leaving in such a better mood....
Starting with the food, I ordered fish tacos which were served with a cold tortilla. After leaving the restaurant, I began experiencing stomach issues, leading me to wonder if the staff practices proper hand hygiene.
As for the service, once our order was taken, our server didn't return until it was time to bring the check. He never checked in with us to see if we needed anything. Because of this poor experience, we decided to leave without leaving a tip.
Overall, I won't be returning, and it's unlikely that I'll visit any Islands restaurant again due to this incident. There are plenty of other dining options available, and I can't recommend this one.
Food was average, at best. The fries were a letdown because they were cold and stale when I got them it wasn't even busy, either. I got about 3/4 through my meal until I got napkins (after I asked), even though a group of girls got their napkins before their meal... The waiter was more interested in flirting with them than bringing my food and never refilled my water. Pretty bad service and not exactly the cheapest food either. It's safe to say I won't be back here.

The food was unbelievably bad! I can't believe it. Very disappointed! My family and I dinned in on a Monday afternoon 3/13/2023. The fries were burnt and old overly salted as the chips were. My wife's burger was overly peppered, my 3 kids burgers were dry and my oldest son's nachos were stale!! We didn't even finish our food. I paid 100.00 dollars and we walked out!! Very disappointed !!!!!
Food was excellent as it always is at islands, but sever seemed forgetful, and restaurant wasn't particularly crowded. Was like 3pm weekday. However, I'd bet money that service is typically better. Islands always has competent attentive and happy people working. But this rating is just for the 1 timeFood: 5/5
Been coming here since I was little. Delicious wings. Cooked to my liking and perfection. Crisp fries and bubbly soda. Loved the theme and atmosphere since I was little. Friendly and fast service. Highly recommend.Food: 5/5
Absolutely fantastic! The food is amazing, and the fries are outstanding! The staff was friendly and helpful. This place appears to maintain a high level of consistency! I would definitely come back!

Islands is a restaurant I do not often visit. I had never been to this location before. I was with a group of nine and we were seated fairly quickly. Service was amazing!Food: 4/5
Food was good but they have no staff so the wait is ridiculous. Got there at 11:40AM had to wait for 25 minutes for a table! Good place but for now not worth the wait
