Ital Eis Paradies - Table reservation

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this ice cream parlor and I must say, the ice cream itself deserves sincere praise. The selection of flavors was impressive, and the quality of the ice cream was outstanding. However, I must point out that my visit was marred by the staff. Unfortunately, the employee who served me was extremely unfriendly, which significantly detracted from my overall experience.

Today we ate a “small” pistachio ice cream for €3. At first I also thought that €3 for a ball would be quite expensive. However, we were taught otherwise. It really was a perfectly reasonable portion for the money. The pistachio ice cream also tasted very tasty. I was probably served by the boss, who was very friendly.

Absolutely listless, unfriendly and incompetent staff. It's a shame, because the ice cream is really delicious; albeit expensive. But because of the staff I won't come back :

At 1.80 euros a ball I now pass.... But it was a must for me for years.
