Tried to call and give feedback, no response. I often come here for an regular sized iced drink and have 0 complaints! My coffee is always to the T but today I don't know what happened! Because the usual people were behind the counter. My coffee is basically milk with pumps of syrup and coffee flavor. Where are the shots ?! It should have been in the first sip ! Every so often I'll get an xtra shot, but usually there is no need!
I try and come here every morning, trust and believe when I tell you the drinks here are AMAZING.From the hot lattes, to the amazing round shaped ice cubes, the frappes, god damn where has this place been all of my life.Not to mention, the drinks and food come out EXTREMELY fast! The store is always stocked, clean, organized and the seating area is homey.Forget Starbucks and come here!!
Great location, excellent service. The only thing that I disliked about was that I was ordering and then all of the sudden the cashier starts to talk to me in Spanish because I’m Latina. I guess she didn’t understood my accent first and she wanted to help but I need to practice LOL.Food and beverages are very tasty. A place to stop by when you are visiting Oakland.

I have ordered the soy chorizo breakfast burrito twice now, and both times they were good when made correctly. However, both times it was made incorrectly with no chorizo, potato, beans, or chipotle - all my chosen ingredients. Instead, it ended up being an egg and tomato burrito. This experience feels like a scam. Food rating: 2 out of 5.
I visited this restaurant on Thanksgiving while in San Francisco. I'm not a regular customer, so I can't say for sure if this is typical, but the barista informed me that they couldn't serve food and closed earlier than their posted hours. It seemed like a rushed visit, possibly due to the holiday rush, which I can appreciate.
Location is primarily for take out. They have lots of sweet iced coffee options like Starbucks or Dutch Bros. Price is higher than other chains. I work nearby and often get their breakfast burrito and iced caramel macchiato. Staff is very friendly.
When the breakfast burrito has jalapeños but doesn't say that on the menu. Coffee wasn't great either. Overpriced and not high quality is a bad business combo.
