I came in on 12/27 around 2pm and there were 2 guys working Anthony and someone else I didn't catch his name tag)They were dealing with a crazy customer who was yelling at them, talking down at them over a small upcharge they didn't want to pay for. They took care of the rest of us in line while still handling her which I really appreciate. They didn't deserve that treatment and still kept a smile on their face. They kept a good attitude despite someone being rude and entitled!
Popcorn chicken was super chewy like when you get a bad nugget from McDonald’s. Cheese sticks and jalapeño poppers were good but nothing to dip them in, price was also high for the quality, $7 for 4. Garlic Parmesan fries were super salty. They should just stick to what they are good at, boba.
I ordered two kiwi slushes and an avocado smoothie online, and all the drinks tasted bland compared to other Boba Time locations. The service was also bad, as I was given my drinks without any straws. Terrible taste and service and would not recommend, very disappointed in my experience.
This was the worst experience I've had at Boba Time. The staff didn't even acknowledge us when we arrived. We waited in line for about 10 minutes without any assistance. The service is really lacking. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place. Book a table now

The caramel pudding was absolutely delicious! The creamy milk and pudding paired with boba create a fantastic flavor combination. This is a must-try item!
