It's Just Wings - Table reservation

I was mostly pleased and happy with the service and food at Chili's, but there were a few points of concern. On two occasions, the waitress seemed indifferent to her sections and only helped us less than three times. The kitchen appeared inexperienced as my 6oz sirloin was ordered medium well but came out medium on two separate occasions. Additionally, there was a 20-30 minute wait for a complete re-cook of the steaks. The manager also seemed to enjoy a couple of drinks. Attached is a photo of the 6oz sirloin that was served incorrectly.

The staff does not pay attention to their tables. Waitress/Bartender never came back we had to waive at her. Manager was only talking to staff. Maybe 6 tables taken entirely restaurant. Horrible service ??

Ordered on door dash thinking I found a good wing place but it turns out it’s just chili’s. The last place I’d get wings is chili’s... they’re old and dry, cold and the fries are soggy. Super disappointed.

We waited for an hour and a half for our meal. They accidentally dropped our order on the floor. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

I must say, advertising under a completely different name should not be allowed.
