The woman who answered my call attempted to direct me to DoorDash regarding my messed-up order, claiming there was nothing she could do. That's simply not true; they can access my order and issue a refund. The food was terrible and tasted like it had been cooked in old grease. To make matters worse, none of the six dipping sauces I added to my order were included. This is a prime example of incompetence!
The Santa Fe wings were not great; they tasted overly sweet and didn't match the description. All of our fries were soggy and soft. Unfortunately, it was my first time trying them, and I was really disappointed. It felt like a waste of a lot of food.
We had a terrible experience! I ordered wings through their website, but DoorDash ended up canceling our order. Now they are just passing the blame between each other, and no one is issuing a refund.
Just horrible! You could barely eat the wings. Overcooked and very tough. No flavor at all. The fries were like the bottom of the bag because they were in pieces. The food wasn't even hot. No!!!! Book a table now
Terrible experience. Wings had NO sauce. And our dry rub order was drowning in sauce. Fries were gross and inedible. Total waste of $30.
Food was good, but I did not get my entire order thar I paid for and they would not answer the phone when I called. Not ordering again.
