This particular time I was skeptical because it was a little before 9pm on a Monday night but I checked their website and the restaurant closed at 11pm, so I placed a online order for pickup and my pickup time was 9:35pm. I arrived a little after 9:40 parked in my spot and checked in, waited around ten minutes and nothing. It was starting to rain so I went and parked in front of the restaurant door so the person bringing the order wouldn’t get wet. Placing an order on the website is quite frustrating; it really needs to be more user-friendly compared to other restaurants. The food is excellent, but reaching the staff is nearly impossible since they never answer the phone. On top of that, if your order is delayed, you could end up waiting in the parking lot for 20 minutes one time and 45 minutes another. By the time you finally get your food, it’s often cold and soggy.
Ordered some wings and fries and was terribly disappointed. Chicken undercooked, soft and greasy. don’t know how that happens). Cold fries and only about 20 came with the order. The best thing here was the watered down Sprite. Definitely much better options around if you want good quality wings. Ended up going back out for McDonalds because we could not endure the pain it would have took to complete the meal.
I ordered eight mango habanero and eight apple barbecue bone-in wings. The mango habanero is supposed to be hot but wasn't and the apple barbecue is supposed to be medium on their spice scale and had no spice at all. Otherwise the flavours were okay. On the other hand, the quality of the chicken was bad. Of the 16 pieces I had, most of them were really tough to chew. Overall, it was a bad experience

You have to work extra hard to screw up wings and boy did this place manage to do exactly that. These are the worst wings I've ever had in my life. I ordered Buffalo wings and what I got was soggy skinned chicken with what appears to be tobasco sauce dripped on. Unbelievable.
I ordered the buffalo boneless wings combo, which included fries and a drink. Unfortunately, the chicken was not good, and even the Sprite tasted off. The fries were just average. Overall, I would recommend not ordering from here, as the food was quite disappointing.
The wings are tasty, but the fries are overcooked. I've visited three times and ordered the same dish, but each time it has been prepared differently. It seems there is a lack of quality control.
Got 4 different flavors buffalo, garlic parm, honey Chipotle apple bbq all were great. The apple bbq is out of this world and curly fries are a plentiful.
