My husband and I have ordered from this place twice, and the wings have been fantastic! The smoked wings are incredible, with just the right amount of sauce—not too overpowering, but just enough. They also provide a generous portion of fries, which is perfect—not too few and not too many! So delicious!
Awful experience! The chicken was cold, overcooked, and dry, clearly made the day before. As expected, Chili's failed to get the order right. I paid for three extra sauces but only received one. It was supposed to come with two complimentary ranches, yet I only got one sauce in total.
I didn't realize until after I had placed my order that it was from Chili's. There was no option to cancel my order. I called the restaurant for assistance, but they left me on hold. Also, the phone number listed on the website is incorrect.
Where's the sauce? I ordered takeout, and the food was cold with soggy fries. The app indicated that it was still being prepared, even though it was actually ready. We had to go inside to ask about it. I do not recommend this place. Book a table now
Absolutely not! The wings had no sauce and no seasoning—definitely the worst I've ever had. I highly recommend avoiding this place!
I ordered online, but when I arrived to pick it up, I was made to wait an additional 25 minutes. Very disappointing service!
