These wings were truly the most disappointing I've ever had. It felt like they just microwaved frozen Tyson chicken nuggets from the grocery store. At first, I hoped they had simply forgotten the sauce, but it turned out they only put the tiniest amount at the bottom of the container and just tossed the wings on top. They also forgot the ranch dressing. We were supposed to have it brought to our car, but that never happened, so we eventually gave up and went inside to get it ourselves. This turned out to be one of my biggest regrets. I truly pity anyone who had to eat these wings. What more can I say? There wasn't even an option for zero stars.
I placed an online order with them over two years ago, and since then, I've been bombarded with countless emails. Despite unsubscribing more than two dozen times, I still receive numerous emails every week. I even reached out to their corporate office, but the emails continue. Out of spite, I’ve decided not to order from them again or dine at Chili's. I admit, I can be a bit petty. If you choose to eat there, please avoid giving them your email address! For truly great wings, I highly recommend Crosstown's locations in Batavia and Naperville. They are the best, and the drive is definitely worth it!
I wasn't impressed. I ordered boneless wings with two different sauces: Mango Habanero and Buffalo. The meal came with curly fries, which were already soggy by the time they arrived at my house through DoorDash, but I anticipated that. The wings were only lukewarm and had barely any sauce on them. If they had been properly sauced, they might have been good, but now I guess we'll never know. I wish I had checked Yelp before placing my order. #disappointed
I placed an online order at 9:26 PM with an estimated delivery time of 10:30 PM. By 10:15 PM, my order status updated to "on the way." However, when I tried to call the restaurant at 10:45 PM, just before their closing time at 11 PM, no one answered. I still hadn't received my delivery, and I received no communication from them. I'm appalled by the customer service and will not be ordering from this restaurant again. I would not recommend it.

AMAZING! It was my first time trying Just Wings, and the food was outstanding. I ordered the JW burger and garlic fries, and WOW! Everything was served piping hot, as if it had just been made, and it was definitely worth the visit. The staff was really friendly, and I didn't have to wait long for my meal.
Just ordered wings for the Super Bowl..First time trying this place…in Boynton Beach,FL. Garlic Parmesan and Mild….we ate 2 wings a piece and that was it…worst wings we’ve ever had. Right in the garbage. If all you serve is wings,I don’t know how you stay in business.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The fries were burnt, the chicken was rubbery, and there was an excessive amount of oil in the carry-out bag. I would never order from here again and honestly wouldn’t even want to give it one star.
Just horrible! You could barely eat the wings. Overcooked and very tough. No flavor at all. The fries were like the bottom of the bag because they were in pieces. The food wasn't even hot. No!!!!

RIP off. Don't order thru Uber Eats. Take out or delivery. Customer service sucks. Never again. They can take my 14 dollars and shove it where the sun don't shine. Shame on you!
