I've encountered numerous issues with DoorDash in the past, and as soon as I realized they would be delivering my order, I decided to cancel. Dealing with DoorDash was a nightmare; they even falsely informed me that I needed to contact the restaurant directly to request a refund. Buyer beware: “It’s just wings” isn’t a real restaurant, it’s Chilis. I thought I found a new local wing place but as soon as I paid, I saw it charged my card to Chilis. Pickup also at Chilis. I feel emotionally blackmailed. I never would have ordered from chilis. Nonetheless the chicken wasn’t terrible. Kinda soggy by the time I got it home.
Terrible service. Did not come out with curbside delivery after waiting 10 minutes after checkin. Went in to store ignored at counter for 5+ minutes. Food cold with incorrect wing flavors. Think carefully before going here..
Everything was cold by the time we received our food, which has never happened to us before. The wings were tasty, but the fries felt stale, and since most of them were underneath the wings, they ended up soggy.

I received my delivery order without some of the sauces, and given the price, I expected better attention to detail. However, the food itself was good.
The chicken was stale and served cold. I've ordered from other locations through DoorDash before, and the quality was much better.
Love the wings! Every time I get them tho they are cold. And this time my drink was forgotten; but I really love the wings!!
The flavor was outstanding, the delivery was quick, and the Dasher was excellent. What more could you ask for?
