What an absolute disaster! They were short-staffed — we were informed that two cooks had called in sick. I understand that these things happen, but the real issue was that after waiting an hour, our order still hadn’t been taken. There were crashes coming from the kitchen and broken dishes, and then things escalated into a loud argument between employees that turned into an all-out fistfight right in front of the entire bar area! To make matters worse, a girl in her twenties emerged from the kitchen in tears, stepped outside, and let out a primal scream that I’ve never experienced before. Moments later, the first meal from the kitchen ended up in the lap of a poor gentleman sitting behind us...
However, I did have an issue with the hostess. She had a noticeably unpleasant attitude, which was quite disappointing. Her rudeness and lack of cooperation nearly made us leave. She refused to seat us at a booth away from the bar, despite our request, and instead seated others in the spot we wanted. This felt deliberate, and I couldn't understand why. If she is the first point of contact for guests, it could lead to a negative experience for many. Thankfully, our server's performance was exceptional, and we will consider mentioning this to the manager if we encounter the same issue again.
This Chili's has become our favorite restaurant. Despite passing by several dining choices on our way from Holland, we've consistently chosen this location due to its excellent service, delicious food, and attentive management. The menu features a wide range of tasty options, and the restaurant is always clean and welcoming. If you're looking for a restaurant, I highly recommend visiting the Chili's in Wyoming, MI.
Been a long time since Ive ordered and got extremely hot food and flavor was excellent ... great job to the staff on 10/10/2023 in the evening....

Had the combo 2 with quesadilla and Ribs the Ribs were dry and hard the corn looked like it was in the pan all night frys were cold... Never Again
Fries had great flavor although they were cold. Very little sauce on the wings. Wings were old and hard.I was very disappointed
No sauce on my wings at all. This is comical. Worst presentation of food I've been given for hard earned
Bar service is spot on. My glass was never empty.
