It's clearly the best Japanese bee. To appreciate it, you must be able to differentiate the quality between the different Japanese. Clearly if for you, all sashimi are similar, you will find cheaper and more copied elsewhere. Here we eat. We appreciate every bite. The idea is not to come out completely full after eating too much maki. Of course it's probably the most expensive of bee but given the quality it is normal.
