Jerico's has been our point of contact for special occasions for years. Unfortunately, this time has not fulfilled all of our previous experiences. Usually the fillets (Knight's Cut) are incredibly tasty and tender. This time they were barely seasoned and had to be sent back to reach the medium kitchen we requested. This information was shared with both the hostess and our server. While the hostess offered to put another steak on the grill, we didn't want that as it would have been wasteful as we wouldn't be able to eat it then and we wouldn't be able to eat it at home in time. As always, the highlight of the meal was the prime rib. That's the main reason I occasionally stop for dinner at Jerico's. The blue cheese salad dressing is so-so and tastes like a glass, but the wine portions are quite generous, although the wine list is pretty dated and conventional. And at 77, I just have to have qualified to reach the minimum age for entry! Still, the prime rib is the best in town.!
Great restaurant with a cozy, intimate feel. Service was outstanding and food was priced according to expectations. It’s not a cheap meal...but good food isn’t cheap, and cheap food isn’t good.
Nice atmosphere and service was excellent. My husband ordered the prime rib and it was a good cut of meat but was dry. My food was just OK, nothing to brag about.
