J B Butcher - Table reservation

Extremely disappointed. We order a fresh 25 pound turkey for Thanksgiving Day every year from J B. This year when we picked the 25 pound turkey up, a day before the holiday, it was frozen. When we questioned this, J B said it was a deep chill and would thaw overnight in the refrigerator. That did not happen!. The inside of the turkey was still frozen solid on Wednesday.. We couldn’t leave it out for fear of bacteria, so we had to throw away the $100 turkey.
