Thank you to the manager James for making sure a wrong got righted. We were visiting my mom at a nearby assisted living. We decided to order in Carrabba 's fit the bill. It arrived in a fairly timely manner, however it was missing 2 entrees. My husband called when he told the young lady what happened, she went straight to wanna come pick it up? Um, no...that 's why we did Uber Eats (Carrabbas gave the driver only 1 bag, not 2). He got transferred a couple of times, got hung up on, called back, and eventually got James, the manager. This Italian food chain slaps for what it is. More on that later. This location is slightly run down with tattered seats. Could use some TLC. Did not feel the cleanest. We dined at Carrabba's on Street Road in Bensalem tonight. This is our favorite restaurant and everything was excellent as always. Amanda B was our server and did an excellent as always. I had steak and my husband had chicken. Both dishes were prepared exactly as we requested. Chris, the Manager made sure everyone was happy with the food and service. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for lunch or dinner.
