I ordered chicken teriyaki with stir fried vegetables and what I got was a bowl rice with 6 small pieces huh, some fried wobble and 3 pieces green bean. not to speak so. When I returned and questioned the court, I was told not to refund and we are here. the owner, an older lady was aggresiw and very rude. I'd rather go hungry than even sit back at this place. a complete tear.
Was hungry enough to eat my own arm so persevered but terrible. I shared okonomi yaki with someone which was nice but ruined with cheap and nasty Australian supermarket bbq sauce. Then had beef stir fry dish which used corned beef. Beef was pink and...tasted of vinegar. Ruined the dish and should never have been described as a beef dish My wife's chicken Don was good.
We ordered the stir-fried meat and vegetables and a soup. The stir-fried meat was about 7 pieces of tough meat with a few pieces of vegetables and rice, but it had no flavor. The soup also lacked flavor and mostly contained broken noodles. It was so disappointing that we ended up ordering pizza instead. I would not recommend eating here. Book a table now
I went to this restaurant last night to get some takeout. Unfortunately, they were out of sushi rolls so I ended up ordering some other dishes instead. I found that the portions were small and lacking in protein or flavor. It was very bland and not worth the low price. I would not return to this restaurant.
I will admit, I probably would not have eaten here had it not been recommended by a friend. It is not the most inviting looking establishment but look past that because the food is really good and freshly made. The service is very pleasant and...the place is clean. Give it a go if you like Japanese food.
This is one of the best Japanese restaurants quality of high take away J kitchen on the Sunshine Coast. Very reasonably priced considering the high quality of the food. We had Japanese Curry, Katsu Don and Okonomiyaki. They were all real Japanese taste. Current lady owner cooks for you and talks to you like a family member.
