The apartments here are great and the receptionists very welcoming, but making a booking in my limited Spanish for this restaurant proved impossible! The waiter/bartender insisted he could not get us a table before 9:30pm. When we were sitting having a drink from 8:30 and there was only one table occupied, I asked to see the menu and he said we could not dine as we had no reservation!!!! I had watched him write the reservation in his book only 4 hours earlier! A little knowledge of a latin language and Google translate were enough to thoroughly enjoy eating here. The menu manages to combine regional ingredients, popular dishes and a twist of fresh originality. Share several starters to do justice to the great variety of dishes; Every one was a masterpiece in an wholly authentic, unpretentious way. Amazing selection of Spanish wines by the glass. In London, Paris or Zurich I would have paid $150 for the 5 course meal and 2 glasses of wine I enjoyed for just $50. Well worth a detour.
Arrived without a reservation and was seated straight away, we ordered 2 steaks and asked for well done as we know in Spain and France well done is normally medium they arrived covered in blood with only 3 chips on each plate the waiter told us they were just cooking some more and they would follow shortly lol. We cut I to steaks one was ok and one was still full of blood we shared one steak which was at best average. We asked for the bill and left as the title says very disappointed
Hola.... Segunda vez que vengo con la RIDER... Quizás el hotel está alejado pero excepcional... Y cafetería y restaurante genial.... Me atendió Verónica... Muy atenta y cercana... No dudes probrar el vermut casero... No me olvido de recepción...atienden al teléfono rápido y el check es rápido... Y con sonrisa..... Es importante siempre... Os recomiendo el hotel.

Un espléndido lugar para desconectar y ser punto para las infinitas actividades deportivas que te ofrece Huesca. Muy buen recepción pero sobretodo un 10 como una catedral para el Gastroespacio. Excelente el servicio de las camareras y el servicio de cocina. Para felicitar, trabajo con amor
Teníamos ganas de probar este restaurante por sus buenas críticas. El resultado bien pero sin más, platos un tanto innovadores, pero sin estar del todo redondos, cantidad un poco escasas. El servicio lo mejor......, además de ser un espacio acogedor.
Fuimos a pasar un fin de semana, fue un acierto, todo limpio y nuevo en las habitaciones. Tambie tiene su piscina para desconectar y Spa para disfrutar. Tienes que reservar la hora del desayuno.
Fui junto a un amigo al Spa para aliviar músculos y demás. La atención al cliente excelente y el circuito muy bien señalizado, tiene variedad de opciones a elegir. Sin duda volvería a ir.

Habitaciones correctas con alguna mejora a hacer. Sobretodo cambiaría las duchas por un poco más grandes. El personal del restaurante perfecto sobretodo Verónica.
