I've been here many times, the ambiance/decor is great & the service is great as well. Their garlic pan bread is to die for. The Texas roadkill cajin chicken burger is bomb. Other options on the menu include fajitas, salads, curry bowls, poutine,burgers, chicken fingers and they even have vegetarian/vegan options. It's a great place to celebrate someone's birthday! Also you can draw on the table with crayons while you wait for you food!
First time after many years, went back to Jack Astor's.... The menu has been changed and expanded. Great food and the staff is excellent!! Friendly and efficient and very helpful!!! A bit pricey but well worth it!!! Steaks were juicy and cooked to perfection!!! Fish and Chips were huge and well breaded served with homemade tartar sauce and fresh fries!!! Mouth-watering at it's best!!!
When we fly out of Montreal we stay in a hotel and have a dinner out. We now are making a tradition of eating at Jack Astors for the family dinner out before vacation. Food is great and staff is quick and friendly. We were pleased to be informed when we got the bill that the kids meals were free because it was the last day of march break and kids eat free.Great food and atmosphere!
Menu varié de style "pub" pas donné. La bouffe est assez bonne mais qualité prix questionnable car un dîner de de bouchées de poulet vous laissant sur votre appétit vous revient à +\- 17.00$ incluant le pourboire. Le service est cependant agréable et on ne se sent pas, du moins sur l'heure du lunch, poussé à consommer ou quitter même si on prolonge notre visite. Book a table now

L'ambiance, les employés, la bouffe, la déco, tout y est.Les must à essayer:-Pain à l'ail sur tôle-Ailes de poulet saucée à la table-Doigt de poulet, fait avec poulet frais-CocktailsUn restaurant familial ou entres amis, c'est vraiment la place. Le rapport qualité/prix est très bien.À la prochaine!
C'était notre premier et dernier essai. Service très lent et une jeune serveuse semblant ne pas se souvenir que nous sommes dans sa section. Plusieurs oublis et obligations à répéter ce que nous voulons. Ce fut décevant pour un dîner à 65$ pour deux adultes et deux enfants.
il y a une section bar qui est toujours bondé, on y mange des burgers, doigts de poulet etc..la salle à manger est très familiale, on peut écrire sur la nappe avec des crayons de cire. idéal avec des enfants. c

Improved tasty foods, very very friendly staff, the bar at Jack's Astor is a nice place to go for a 5@7. Prices are good too, ambiance as well. Will go back again for sure.
