To think I drove past an In-N-Out, and ended up at this place, I tried out the number 11 for the first time the frozen nasty, fake chicken patty was super hard and disgusting, and in the picture is dripping sauce. I don’t expect it to be dripping sauce, but I expect there to be some kind of sauce in there. It was dry as a bone hard as chewing on the leather wallet, what a waste of time, money, calories, and I didn’t even finish it, the one star could be for the fries and a soda.
Came to this location to cash in on a Dodgers promotion. Nice location. Had to take off a star or two because the Coca Cola was empty here. Found out after the order went through. The beef patty was also bone dry. I gave an extra star because the staff was courteous. As some of these problems are beyond their scope. So I ended up settling on 4 stars. I would come here again. Hopefully the Coke is working and the meat isn't cardboard overcooked the next time.
This was my first visit to this restaurant. I ordered two burgers, fries, and two iced teas. My mother and I were really pleased with our meal. The staff were very friendly and efficient, making for a truly enjoyable experience. I will definitely come back when I'm in the Duarte area. Thank you to the Jack in the Box team for the excellent service!
I enjoy the meat rolls and French fries at this restaurant. It doesn't have a lot of seating, but during the pandemic, many people chose to eat here. A lot of customers come back for more. My daughter loves the shakes they serve and always gets a cup after school. Book a table now
I often come to this place. I like to eat TACO and hamburgers here and girls like ice here. Indoor hygiene is average, there are many bright windows, the food speed is not very fast, and the service is average.
The staff was very friendly. As for being kid-friendly, even though they were short on staff, they managed to handle everything with grace and professionalism.
We arrived 30 minutes before closing, and the cashier kindly reminded us of that, but he was friendly about it. The burger was still fantastic. Thanks, Jack!
It's Jack in the Box. It is what it is. Most menu items have calorie counts way above what I will indulge, so I stick to the breakfast Jack. It's reliable. Book a table now
No french toast stick even though they have a sing on the side. When I let employee know they just did not even care they had a sign that advertises it.
