I was Not satisfied with my food And very disappointed with the staff at this location. , I ordered tacos with only meat and cheese and told them no lettuce or sauce because that gives me heartburn I get my tacos it Had EVERYTHING on it ?so I went back to let her know and she was MAD and had the worst ATTITUDE made me FEEL GUILTY. I then leave with my new order of tacos and my other food and go home and OMG one taco had meat on one side of the shell with no cheese... the other taco had just meat ?my Jumbo Jack had no onions a smear of Mayo. I just think it's unfair an establishment like Jack in the Box just to throw your food together carelessly is not right ..we go to these fast food plac...
I ordered three chicken sandwiches from Jack In The Box, and they were incredibly dry, as if they had been under a warming light for hours. It felt like a waste of both money and time. I recommend heading over to Chick-fil-A down the block instead; their menu is definitely worth it compared to the sandwiches I had today.
I took the bait on their advertised special 2 cheddar biscuits for $6They are IMHO not a deal at all because they are small Ive been in the hood for over 7 years and Ive only patronized them 3 times because nothing really draws me here.....food and service is nothing remarkablefool me once shame on me.......
There’s definitely something off with this Jack in the Box. It’s 3:22 PM on a Monday, and the dining room is closed while the drive-thru is open. This is the third time I’ve encountered an issue here. Do yourself a favor and take the extra five minutes to go to the nearby Wendy’s instead.

Patricia needs to get fired!!! Sold me an expired spicy chicken meal that had me puking in the parking lot. Then refused to give me a refund. What kind of service is that?! Check your produce and chicken. They need the health inspector to come check them because this was horrible.
Teenagers were loitering outside with their bikes, taking up the entire sidewalk and some parking spots. The bathroom was out of toilet paper, and it was clear that no one bothered to address the issue.
This Jack in the Box charges 25 cents for extra sauce. I ordered two mini pancakes but only received one container of maple syrup, which my kids really enjoyed. Additionally, no napkins were provided.
