When Pablo takes your order, it's bound to be a fantastic day. First of all, he is the most beautiful person on the planet. Second, he genuinely checks in by asking how your day is going. Third, he calls you "my friend," and I mean it when I say he can call me his friend all day long. If there were more people like Pablo in the world, I wouldn’t worry about how humanity is damaging the planet. Honestly, this guy is pure joy and spirit. Who would have thought you could find such happiness at a Jack in the Box?
I visited Jack in the Box #3275 on Edinger, next to the Tustin Train Station, hoping to use a coupon discount. Unfortunately, they don’t accept the coupon directly. Instead, I had to call to get a code and return later to claim the discount. It was really disappointing and a waste of time. This location doesn't seem to be doing well at all, and their customer service is lacking. I won’t be returning.
i used the app to order online and was delivered by doordash. part of my order was missing and in the app there was no immediate way to contact to get the rest of my order so i looked up online, called them and they wer understanding and i went to get therest of my order.
The restaurant claims to open at 6:00 AM, but when I arrived at 6:45 AM, the staff were nowhere to be found, seemingly avoiding customers instead of serving them. It's quite disappointing. If this were my restaurant, I would be furious.

I was very impressed with my experience. The food was delicious and served hot. The restaurant was clean, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. This is one of the best Jack in the Box locations I've ever visited.
I had breakfast the food is good the service is good the restroom was little dirty need to be cleaner there coffee is not that great parking lot little small and they have drive through they are not open 24 hrs.
I had the double burger combo. The burger was temperature hit, the fries was freshly fried. The coke machine was fun to play with, a lot of variety. Food did not take long. So far so good.

Food was great, but 11:30 a.m. seems to be the busiest time, so the ride thru line was long.
