Jack In The Box has great, friendly staff, and the food arrived promptly and perfectly cooked. I used the drive-thru, and the wait time was quick. The team got my order right and made sure to include the sauces. The menu offers a good variety, making it easy to find something satisfying.
Why doesn't Jack In The Box let his employees add cream to my coffee? It's impossible to open those little liquid packages in an overflowing cup without making a mess. Come on, Jack! I'm hoping this issue gets sorted out soon.
Jack In The Box provides fresh food and excellent customer service during weekday lunchtimes around noon. While order errors can happen occasionally, it remains a great spot with a reliable menu.
I visited the drive-thru on August 6 around 7:50 PM, and the staff member who took my order was very rude and rushed me. If he’s unhappy in his job, he shouldn’t be in that position. Book a table now
