This Jack in the box usually closes earlier than they have stated on the website and it closes early on Sundays. Usually by 4:30 it's already closed. During the weekdays they usually only have one person working here, and it's a very nice and patient older lady who is usually taking and making the orders by herself. Overall, I would have rated this specific Jack in the box a 1 star if it was not for that lady that is usually in there by herself. She's the one keeping this Jack in the box in business with returning customers.
I've visited this restaurant too many times over the last few months, but I can't give it any more chances. The food quality, wait time, and customer service have all been disappointing. After being served undercooked chicken that made me ill, I’ve decided I won’t return. It’s clear that the staff doesn’t pay attention to their cooking, and during my recent visits, I could hear cooking timers going off in the kitchen, which only added to the frustration.
This restaurants( all Jack in The Box in general) are getting so expensive and with horrible quality food. I remember when I used to love Jack in The Box, they had good prices and good food, those days are gone. They are greedy and this greed is going to drive them out of business. I can see it, now the restaurants are emptier that a few years ago.I WILL NEVER GO TO JACK IN THE BOX.
I wouldn't say it's the best out of all Jacks, but their food is very fresh and hot (complements to the cook). The service is a little slow, however I usually have everything I ordered and the girl with blue hair was very nice and checked if I ordered everything right.

I just bought a supreme croissant and it has big mold on the bun. Unfortunately I just took a bite that's why it tasted sour......ewwwwwww! You ruin my good mood in the morning. Manager of this location please get in touch with me cuz I need a full refund!!!!!!!!
Wow for a fast food restaurant it's always a 30-45min wait like WTH it's been like this for months if not years and now I'm late for my daughter's class 35mins today wtf only one car In front and was already waiting Now got my order and its wrong !!
The restaurant is easily visible from the street, and both the restrooms and the premises are clean. There is ample parking available, and the staff is very friendly.
Typically, this Jack in the Box is reliable and we have no complaints about our orders. However, this is the second time I've received burnt jalapeño poppers.
