This Jack In The Box location is drive-thru only, which makes it challenging for delivery drivers in large trucks. If you're not prepared to help customers inside, this job may not be suitable for you in the food industry. COVID is no excuse for subpar service. Other Jack In The Box restaurants I've been to have already resumed normal operations.
I would recommend avoiding having a new employee handle the drive-thru during busy weekend hours, especially since many customers have special requests that the staff may not be confident in modifying.
It was lunchtime and quite busy, but everyone at Jack In The Box stayed focused on their duties. My order arrived quickly, was hot, and very delicious. Thanks to the entire team and their great menu!
I placed a mobil order for pickup, I got there and was told that they didn't have the ingredients to fulfill the order. I asked for a refund but they said no, I left without my order or a refund. Book a table now
I've visited this restaurant over a hundred times, and it never disappoints. The fast service and friendly staff are the best, and the food quality is excellent. I really love this place!
