They had the gall to up the price of an item 10% while I was ordering it! The menu price on the board said 1.99 but the electronic price came up as 2.19. When I complained and told them it was illegal to change the price after I had already orderedthe item at the posted price they said there was nothing they could do about it, so I drove off without the item. I know it isonly 20 cents, but it factors to ten percent instantaneous increase, and I am sure it is illegal to do it that way. It is theprincipal of the thing.
This Jack In The Box is about 10 minutes away, so I decided to go there on my electric board. When I arrived, I tried to go inside, but it was closed. A sign outside said the dine-in was closed after 10:00 PM, only drive-thru was available, but online it said they were open until 3:00 AM. I was frustrated and hungry, but they wouldn’t let me order from the drive-thru because I didn’t have a car. The online hours are inaccurate, and the staff were all rude. I won’t be coming back.
I got 2 sourdough Jack's. They charge you for 1 ranch here. Which I think is ridiculous and I will not be coming here again. I also asked for no tomatoes because I'm allergic and they put them anyways. I had an allergic reaction!!!! I left my name andphone number the manager never called me back. I tried calling no answer. I'm irritated because my daughter and I both had anallergic reaction because of it. The girl who rang me up was Alondra.
The staff at this Jack In The Box seemed grumpy and unwelcoming, maybe it was early and they’d rather be sleeping. I used a coupon for two Jumbo Jacks, but when I got them, they were poorly prepared with just one big chunk of lettuce in each burger. I ended up tossing them out. I won’t be coming back here and will stick to McDonald’s instead.
