Throughout my numerous visits to this restaurant, I've consistently observed that the staff is exceptionally attentive. This level of service is rare to find elsewhere, as many establishments tend to rush through their duties and often overlook items in your order. In contrast, the team here goes above and beyond, frequently following up to ensure everything is satisfactory. They are also quite generous with any extras you ask for. My only criticism would be the occasional inconsistency in delivery; there have been instances where sauces or other items were missed. Nonetheless, I still consider this location to be the best within a 20-mile radius.
The staff is clearly putting in a lot of effort with the resources they have, but the real problem seems to stem from the management or ownership. Regrettably, the food quality leaves much to be desired. I ordered a fajita pita, and it was stale. I also tried the sourdough jack, but the bread was almost stale too. Despite that, I decided to give it another chance and ordered a simple Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger, but once again the buns were disappointing. I understand that this is a small establishment and that basic supplies might sometimes be neglected, but management really needs to step up their game.
I was really impressed by the friendly and efficient service at this restaurant! I ordered the taco combo and chose a side salad instead of fries. The salad was fresh and crunchy, complete with croutons and a nice selection of dressings. The dining area was spotless, the staff looked professional, and the kitchen was well-organized. I'm definitely planning to include this place in my weekly lunch rotation!
My daughter and I stopped for lunch after my fasting lab work. We ordered three combo meals, and when we reached the window, we asked if we could swap the cherry Coke for an order of onion rings since my wife prefers Pepsi. We were willing to pay the difference, but they kindly said it was no problem and gave us the onion rings for free. That was really thoughtful of them!

I have frequently encountered problems with my orders at this Jack in the Box; there's always at least one item missing, and there are often additional mistakes. I've decided to avoid this location altogether and would prefer to pay more for delivery from a restaurant further away. I cannot recommend this place at all.
The drive-thru wait was very short. My only complaint, which seems common at many places, is that they ran out of milkshakes at some point during the evening for no apparent reason. Also, the French toast sticks came without syrup, which felt like a waste of money.
The Impossible Whopper was amazing! The patty was cooked to perfection—not burnt like some I've had in the past. The ratio of condiments to bun was just right. I've had burgers at other places that were too dry, but this one was absolutely on point.
I can't speak to the food since we never got the chance to order. We waited 30 minutes just to exit the drive-thru because the staff wouldn't take our order. The service was incredibly disappointing!

It's puzzling to put an ice-cold drink right on top of the food in the bag. I get that it's a sealed bottle of orange juice, but it just doesn’t seem right.
Everything was fantastic. They prepared the teriyaki bowl with extra vegetables, exactly as I asked.
