It was Jack in the Box all right. The clown came out of the box and pranked us. The food tasted off. My husband felt jipped out of a burger. My pita tasted like freezer chicken.The Dunlap St. and 19th St. location was just straight up ghetto. It was a fight to get to any bathroom.The reason this Jack in the Box got a 2-star rating was because the manager magically helped me find a working bathroom in the joint.My husband went to Dairy Queen in search of a true burger. He didn't like what came out of this box.
While they weren't open for dining at 7;30 am. I found them to be quite cooperative at the 24hr drive thru. IDK about you but I'm d desperate for coffee at that hour. I was able to place my order with the associate, who was brought and cheery, and quickly served. I walked away. My coffee jones being assuaged. To face the rest of my day. Which by 8am was fast proving to be a handful!
You can always find good specialties at Jack in the box, I am a Penny Pincher, so the combo specials appeal to me, but I can not eat the Smeat Tacos, but the rest is good the new chicken sandwiches are really good
Why is the lobby closed AGAIN?This is ridiculous. It was the only place I had time to go to. No way Jack n the Box will ever get my money again! Everywhere in PHX has become an absolute dump! Worst location!

it is 8'17 on a Saturday and mobile orders only they can not even drive the thru. everything they say is mobile orders only when they get up. Are you ridiculous?
